More Ways to Help
The CHEMO Bag relies heavily on community donations of cash or products to be able to fill our comfort bags and deliver them to cancer recipients in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. We deliver about 250 – 300 bags a month to 20 infusion centers every month. If you can help here are some of the ways:
- VOLUNTEER – We are always looking for volunteers. We need people to help assemble The CHEMO Bag and drivers to help with delivery. Please contact us at thechemobag@gmail.com.
- Hold a neighborhood or workplace drive. Set a date and a goal. Get flyers out to as many people as possible. Make up flyers asking for donations. Cash donations are welcome. When your collecting period is over, contact The CHEMO Bag, so one of our volunteers can meet you and take some pictures to be featured in our quarterly newsletter. We will take all the wonderful items collected and they will be used to fill our bags.
- If you own a business or know someone who owns a business, see if they have a matching gift benefit. If the business agrees, any of their employees who donate, the business will match the donation.

- Boy-Scout, Girl-Scout or Athletic Groups that would be interested in volunteering.
